Mothering with Deb: Don’t Give Up! Keep Praying!

Hey sweet mamas! Welcome to another Mothering Monday! I am so excited to dive into today’s session titled “Don’t Give Up! Keep Praying!” If you’ve been feeling the weight of the world or the heartache of our times, I want you to know—God sees you, and He’s moving through the prayers of His people!

Today, we’re going to take a look at King Hezekiah. This faithful king of Judah shows us what it means to trust God boldly and persevere in prayer, even when the odds seem impossible. Hezekiah faced overwhelming threats but found victory through his dedication and relentless prayers. But even someone as godly as Hezekiah had moments where he faltered, showing us just how vital it is to keep our eyes on God and not give up when we’re weary.

We’ll be praying together, lifting up our families and our nation, asking God to bring healing, peace, and revival. Our prayers matter, and they reach beyond our homes to touch the very heart of our nation. Just as it says in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face…then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

So, let’s come together in faith today! Let’s learn, let’s pray, and let’s encourage each other to keep going. We’re in this together, sisters, holding fast to the truth that our God is faithful and powerful to act.
